Right of Withdrawal and Custom-Made Jewellery

All our jewellery is individually handmade to order based on the customer’s choice and arrangement of stones. The jewellery is therefore made according to the customer’s specifications and has a clearly personal character.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the jewellery cannot be returned.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event of faults or defects.
